What is the ruling on condolences held for the deceased after Maghrib prayer until after 'Isha' prayer, with recitation of the Qur'an? And was this action reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him?

Gathering at the deceased's family's home and preparing food after burial is not something that was reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and it has been considered a forbidden form of wailing (niyaha). Ibn al-Qayyim and al-Nawawi mentioned the prohibition of gathering for condolences in a specific place. Instead, the deceased's guardians should go about their daily lives, and condolences should be offered by whomever they meet in any location.
