What is the ruling on making an educational robot for children that the child assembles, constructs, and moves via phone?

It is forbidden to create a "robot" if it is in the form of a fully created animate being, unless that which is essential for life is removed from it. However, there is no harm in creating it for children to entertain and educate them, even if it is in the form of a fully created animate being.
