What should I do if the owner of the school where I work outside my country asks me to cheat students in exams, threatening to terminate my contract and lose the opportunity to travel?

Cheating in exams is forbidden (haram), and it is not permissible to practice it, assist in it, or approve of it, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Whoever cheats is not of me." Also, it is forbidden to cooperate in sin and aggression. The two Sheikhs, Ibn Baz and Ibn Uthaymeen, emphasized the prohibition of cheating, stating that it is among the major sins. It is not permissible to obey the sponsor (kafeel) in matters of cheating, because there is no obedience to a creature in disobedience to the Creator. The person in charge of the schools must be advised, and if he does not respond, then it is not permissible to participate in cheating. If it is possible to work without direct participation in cheating, and changing by the tongue is sufficient when there is harm in preventing by hand, then do so. However, if it is not possible to work except by participating in cheating, then it is not permissible to remain in the school, and one must leave the work and look for another job, for whoever fears Allah, He will make for him a way out and provide for him from where he does not expect.
