Will the prayer of the fornicator be accepted immediately after fornication?

Adultery has a punishment in this world and the hereafter. Whether the prayer of an adulterer is accepted or not is known only to Allah the Almighty. The prayer of an adulterer is valid if its conditions are met, and it suffices him; he is not permitted to abandon it. The adulterer must perform sincere repentance by stopping adultery, regretting it, and resolving not to return to it.
