What is the ruling on working in a company whose manager orders bribery, lying, and submitting delivery receipts for goods that have not been received?

There is no obedience to a creature in disobedience to the Creator. Immediate repentance is obligatory for forbidden acts, even if it leads to leaving one's job. If these acts resulted in the violation of others' rights, then repentance is not complete until those rights are restored or forgiveness is sought; otherwise, by supplicating and seeking forgiveness for them.
