Is it considered an injustice or a sin for me to divorce my wife with whom I have consummated the marriage, but with whom I have not yet entered into conjugal relations, out of a desire to marry another, given that I am unable to support two households?

If a man is unable to marry a second wife while keeping the first, and he dislikes remaining with his first wife, there is no sin upon him in divorcing her. However, if he is able to keep his first wife while marrying another, it is not advisable for him to hasten in divorcing her, because affection requires patience, overlooking faults, and focusing on the good aspects, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "And live with them in kindness. For if you dislike them - perhaps you dislike a thing and Allah makes therein much good." (An-Nisa:19), and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "A believing man should not hate a believing woman; if he dislikes one of her characteristics, he will be pleased with another."
