The answer

It is not permissible to take out a usurious loan to secure your right to an inheritance, for there is no obedience to a creature in disobedience to the Creator. The mother cannot deprive you of your right to her inheritance, and her will to an heir is invalid, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, Allah Almighty has given every rightful person their right, so there is no will for an heir." The mother must be just among her children in giving gifts, and preferring some over others is an injustice. The mother's threat of abandonment does not permit usury. Be gentle with her and explain to her the impermissibility and seriousness of usury. It is permissible to enter into a legitimate transaction with the bank, such as Murabaha or Tawarruq.
