Does the saying "In the name of Allah, with Whose Name nothing whatsoever, in the earth or in the heaven, can cause harm; and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing" refer to physical or spiritual harm, as a solution to fears such as the death of relatives or the loss of sight and hearing?

Fear of death and the punishment for sins is desirable and beneficial if it serves as an impetus for obedience and avoidance of forbidden acts. However, if it prevents one from benefiting from life, then it is a psychological illness that requires psychological treatment. These feelings are from the whispers of Satan. Therefore, a Muslim should strive in obedience to Allah, have good thoughts of Him, rely on Him, and seek His help, knowing that lifespans and destinies are predetermined. Among the helpful adhkar is: "In the Name of Allah, with Whose Name nothing on earth or in the heaven can cause harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing," recited three times in the morning and evening for protection from calamities.
