What is the share of the paternal uncles and aunts, the mother, and the daughters in the money found in the house, the father's belongings, and the inherited house, and what if some of these belongings were sold?

The deceased's estate comprises the wealth and rights he leaves behind, such as real estate, cars, and furniture, all of which belong to all the heirs. Your maternal uncles' taking your father's money and distributing it without legal division is forbidden, as Allah the Almighty says: "For men is a share of what the parents and close relatives leave, and for women is a share of what the parents and close relatives leave, be it little or much - a share [legally] determined." Therefore, it is not permissible to sell the furniture or take sole possession of it without the consent of all other heirs to sell it and divide its price. Any amounts or personal belongings must be returned to the estate for legal division.
