Is it permissible to revile and curse Jews with dispicable words, even though Islam forbids aggression against others?

It is permissible to describe Jews with their ugly characteristics such as malice, envy, stinginess, and cowardice, as this has been mentioned in the Quran, for example, Allah's saying: "And the Jews say, 'The hand of Allah is chained.' May their hands be chained and [may they be] cursed for what they said." However, if insulting them leads to insulting Allah or His Messenger, then a Muslim must refrain from it in response to Allah's saying: "And do not insult those they invoke other than Allah, lest they insult Allah in enmity without knowledge." As for insulting specific individuals among them by name, it is not permissible except in retaliation, but it is better to avoid it because it may fall under the forbidden obscenity, as in the hadith of Aisha with the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.
