What is the ruling on working in a military institution (Gendarmerie) given the following impediments: disrespect for prayer times, forcing employees to shave their beards, and do you advise resigning from this job?

"A job that distracts one from religious duties, such as prayer, or necessitates committing forbidden acts, such as shaving the beard, cannot be considered an act of worship; rather, it is obedience to Satan. Allah has forbidden preoccupation with worldly matters over His remembrance and worship. Therefore, if the questioner's job compels him to abandon or delay prayers, or to shave his beard, he must leave it."
