It is not permissible for a man to masturbate with his hand, and it is even more reprehensible for a married man. The wife must respond to her husband for intimacy unless she has a valid excuse such as illness, menstruation, or an obligatory fast; otherwise, the angels will curse her. The husband has the right to enjoy his wife whenever he wishes, as long as it does not harm her or distract her from her obligatory duties. If the wife refuses without a valid excuse, she is considered disobedient (nashiz). The wife's refusal to satisfy her husband does not justify falling into (forbidden acts). The husband has the right to marry another woman if he is capable; otherwise, he should fast frequently and guard his hearing and sight.
