Would a husband be sinful if his wife removed her hijab despite his refusal, his anger, and the anger of her family, especially since she says: “The sin is hers alone”?

The husband must oblige his wife to wear the hijab, and he must explain to her the ruling of Islamic law concerning it and warn her of the consequences of disobeying Allah's command. If she does not obey, then the husband may forsake her in bed, and then strike her with a non-injurious blow. If she insists on not complying, then he is not permitted to allow her to go out without a hijab. In this case, it is preferable for him to divorce her, especially if the intended hijab is the covering of the entire body. However, if the intention is to cover the face only, the matter is easier due to the difference of opinion regarding the obligation of covering the face.
