What is the ruling on a woman enjoying looking at her private parts and applying mixtures and creams to them, given her fear of falling into masturbation and repeatedly repenting only to return to it?

It is permissible according to the Hanafis and Malikis, and disliked by the Shafi'is if it is without need. However, it is not courteous and may lead to indecency. If a person enjoys looking at or touching their private parts, they must refrain from that, as there is a fear that Satan may lure them into committing what is forbidden.
