How can I memorize the Qur'an and the issues of Tawhid through prayer?

We have previously issued fatwas regarding the optimal method for memorizing the Book of Allah the Almighty.

As for monotheism in supplication (Du'a), it is not permissible for a Muslim to invoke anyone alongside Allah the Almighty, based on His saying: "And that the mosques are for Allah, so do not invoke anyone along with Allah," and "And do not invoke besides Allah that which neither benefits you nor harms you, for if you did, then you would then be among the wrongdoers," and "And do not invoke with Allah another deity. There is no deity except Him. Everything will perish except His Face. To Him belongs the judgment, and to Him you will be returned."
