What is the ruling on uttering the phrase "I am divorced" in English without intending divorce, and does divorce take place in this case, given the presence of doubts and whispers (waswas)?

We advise you to be convinced by the fatwa of the people of knowledge regarding the non-occurrence of your divorce, and not to pay attention to doubts and whispers, for indulging them leads to evil and tribulation, and turning away from them is the best cure.
