What is the meaning of "or if he had in that town a wife with whom he had consummated the marriage" in relation to the shortened prayer (Salat al-Qasr), and how should the prayer be performed on a farm 160 km away from the spouses' workplace, where they spend the weekend out of necessity?

The traveler completes his prayer and his travel status ends upon reaching his homeland, or the place where his consummated wife resides, or by intending to stay for four days, excluding the days of arrival and departure. Taking one's wife on a journey does not terminate the travel status unless there is a firm intention to stay for four days. The distance of (160 km) is not considered a distance for shortening prayers if it is for a round trip (there and back); however, if it is for a one-way trip only, with a similar return trip, then it is a distance for shortening prayers. It is permissible to shorten and combine prayers on the farm unless one intends to stay there for four days or more; in which case, the prayers should be performed at their prescribed times.
