Is it obligatory for me to take a newspaper from a poor worker that he wraps his food in, if it contains sacred words?

Whoever sees papers or newspapers containing Quranic verses, prophetic traditions, and the beautiful names of Allah being used as placemats or for wrapping food, must advise the doer and explain to him the impermissibility of his action. This falls under the category of enjoining good and forbidding evil, and offering sincere advice to every Muslim.
