Is it permissible for female students to combine the Dhuhr and Asr prayers by performing them early (Jam' Taqdeem) if their studies begin before Asr and end after Maghrib, and this occurs twice a week?
A Muslim must endeavor to imbue society with the color of Islam and be active in enjoining good and forbidding evil. Female students should strive to postpone lectures that conflict with prayer times by submitting a complaint to the relevant authorities. If that is not possible, they must pray inside the hall if they can, and it is not permissible to delay the prayer. If they are unable to do so, and it is possible to obtain the material visually or audibly without deprivation, then absence is obligatory to perform the prayer. If all of that is impossible and absence would result in harm, then they are permitted to combine prayers by performing the earlier prayer first (jama' taqdim).
