Is a girl held accountable for inner thoughts warning her about the consequences of sin and Allah's punishment, even if she does not utter them aloud?

"Intrusive thoughts, if not accompanied by speech or action, are forgiven. This is based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: 'Indeed, Allah has forgiven my Ummah for whatever thoughts occur to their minds, as long as they do not act upon them or speak of them.' This includes fleeting thoughts, whether they are disbelief or anything else. However, if a person dwells on these thoughts, they may transform into obsessions that are difficult to overcome. The best remedy for repelling obsessive thoughts is to ignore them and not pay them any attention."
