Gazing upon forbidden things corrupts one's religion, honor, and character. It can lead to infatuation and the destruction of the body and faith. Looking at forbidden nakedness corrupts the heart and leads to fornication and immorality. Therefore, Allah has commanded the lowering of the gaze and the guarding of one's chastity. The two eyes commit fornication, and their fornication is looking, and the heart desires and wishes. One who persists in looking at forbidden things is exposed to divine punishment. No affliction descends except due to a sin, and none is removed except through repentance. If the prayer is complete in its pillars and conditions, it absolves one's responsibility, and its acceptance is with Allah, and Allah accepts from the pious, and prayer prohibits indecency and evil.
