What is the ruling regarding a wife going to her family's home without her husband's permission and for a long period, given that her divorce is contingent upon his marriage to another, and he is unable to marry another?

A woman is not permitted to leave her husband’s house without his permission, nor is she allowed to travel without a mahram unless there is a necessity. If a woman stipulates to her husband that he should not marry another woman, this is a valid condition that must be fulfilled. She has the right to annul the marriage if he violates it. If she stipulates that she be divorced if he marries another woman, and the husband agrees to this, either in the marriage contract or afterwards, then she is divorced upon the fulfillment of the condition.
