The answer

Watching forbidden images and clips is a transgression of Allah's bounds and a violation of His command to lower the gaze. Whoever is afflicted by this is advised to hasten to repentance before it is too late, for looking at forbidden things leads to a diseased heart and perhaps to falling into greater immoralities; because the gaze is the messenger of fornication, and following the footsteps of Satan leads to indecency and evil. As for the discharge, if it is accompanied by desire and gushing, then it is manī (sperm/seminal fluid) which necessitates ghusl (ritual bath). Otherwise, it is most likely madhī (pre-seminal fluid), which is impure, necessitates washing the clothes and the affected area, nullifies wudu' (ablution), but does not necessitate ghusl. If you are uncertain about the type of fluid, it is permissible to choose to consider it either madhī or manī. If manī is discharged while awake without desire, it does not necessitate ghusl.
