Did Sheikhs Ibn Baz and Ibn Uthaymeen issue a fatwa that the Earth does not rotate and that the sun revolves around it, and that whoever says otherwise has committed an act of disbelief? If this is true, how could eminent scholars like them create such a doubt regarding the Qur'an?

Scholars have differed regarding the validity of the prayer of one who prayed while having an impurity on his garment, having forgotten about it. Some have held that the prayer must be repeated, based on the premise that remembering the impurity is a condition for the validity of the prayer. Others, however, are of the view that the prayer is valid and does not need to be repeated, citing Hadiths such as that of Abu Sa’id Al-Khudri regarding the Prophet’s prayer with his sandals on which there was some dirt, and other texts indicating that sin is lifted due to forgetfulness and ignorance. Among their proofs is that avoiding impurity is a condition of perfection, not a condition of validity, or that it is excused for one who forgets or is ignorant of it.
