What is the ruling of Islamic law regarding the second wife living next to the first wife with no partitions between their dwellings to prevent privacy between them?

A husband must provide each wife with a suitable dwelling, and it is not permissible for him to house his two wives in a single dwelling unless they both consent, unless the facilities for each are separate. If the facilities are shared and not separated, then it is not permissible to house them together therein, even for one night, except with their consent. This is to avoid reasons for jealousy, conflict, and discord.
