Is a 50% partnership with an electrician, where workers' salaries, residencies, and accommodation are shared equally between the two partners, and the rest of the workers receive salaries, permissible in Islamic law? And what is the correct method if it is not?

Car expenses should be equally split between the two partners, as they are equal owners, and the expenditure should be proportionate to the ownership. If they agree that the worker contributes with both his money and effort, he is entitled to a percentage of the profit, as they agree. It is a condition that his capital contribution be known and specified. If the capital comes from one partner and the effort from the other, then expenses are calculated from the mudarabah (profit-sharing) capital and deducted from the profit before distribution.
