What should we do to confront those who deny the Hadith and claim that it was compiled three centuries after the death of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and who assert that Jesus, peace be upon him, will be identified through DNA analysis?

Denying the Prophetic Sunnah as a source of legislation is major disbelief (kufr akbar). Denying anything other than what is mutawatir (concurrently transmitted) from it, without a valid interpretation, is innovation (bid'ah) and misguidance. The doubt collected three centuries after the Prophet's death, peace and blessings be upon him, is ignorance and a contention with falsehood. The myth of recognizing Christ, peace be upon him, upon his descent through DNA analysis is false and mere mockery. The characteristics of his descent have been established in the noble Hadith. Believing this delusion is ignorance and folly. Confronting these ideas is done by clarifying the truth and warning against falsehood.
