If the responsible authority permits the cardholder to give them to another person for their benefit, then there is no sin upon him, nor upon the one who takes the card, nor upon the merchant for dispensing its requirements. However, if it does not permit that, and the merchant strongly believes that the cardholder is taking the goods for himself and not to deliver them to the original card owner, then he should not cooperate with him in that by dispensing them to him.
