Is the fast valid for someone who kissed his daughter without lust?

Kissing a non-mahram woman whom one desires is a sin and is not permissible. If the one who kissed ejaculates, his fast is broken; if he does not ejaculate, his fast is not broken. As for kissing mahrams, there is no sin in it, unless it is with desire or there is a fear of an unnatural inclination.
