There is no harm for a woman to take birth control pills to prevent menstruation during the days of so that she can fast with others, and during the days of Hajj so that she can perform with others and not be hindered from the rituals of Hajj. If there is something other than pills that prevents menstruation, there is no harm, provided it does not involve any religiously prohibited matter or cause harm.
