What is the ruling of Islamic law concerning someone who finds it difficult to remain steadfast in obedience due to suffering from a personal problem that affects their psychological state and drives them to fall into sin?

Physicians determine that small genitalia is not a disease but rather due to original creation. Specialized doctors may recommend cosmetic surgery if the smallness is excessive. A Muslim must be content with what Allah has apportioned, not feel deficient, strive to attain Allah's pleasure, and persevere in prayers and good deeds.
