The question is vague. Letting the garment drag (isbal) is obligatory for a man to avoid. There is no harm in wearing trousers, provided they adhere to the 's guidelines, although wearing a thobe (qamis) is preferable. Islam calls for cleanliness and beauty, and the measure of beauty is its conformity with the Sharia. The issue of trousers dragging (isbal) is a matter of difference among scholars.
