Are the originated uncreated ones from the speech of God created, and what is the difference between their being originated and their being created?

The speech of Allah is ancient in kind, meaning that Allah has always been and continues to be speaking. Speech did not originate from Him after not existing. However, the individual utterances are originated, meaning that the specific, particular instances of His speech are originated. This is because they are connected to His will: when He wills, He speaks what He wills, how He wills. This does not mean that His speech is created and originated, for the speech of Allah is uncreated according to the predecessors of the Ummah and its imams.
