What is the ruling on someone who is compelled to say, "There is no card to recharge the mobile, and it is originally available but cannot be recharged," while in Arafat during Hajj?

If the pilgrim is informed that his card is not found, while he knows it is there, this is a lie that necessitates repentance. It is considered among the forbidden transgressions during Hajj, but it does not affect the validity of the Hajj; rather, it may diminish its reward. However, if he informs of this because he does not know of its presence or it is not near him, then there is no blame upon him.
