Do clothes become impure when held after washing with water and before making sure the smell of impurity has left the hand?

If the impurity is removed thoroughly with water after relieving oneself, that is sufficient, and clothes will not become impure by touching the area before washing the hands with soap. Using soap is not obligatory. The lingering smell of impurity after washing with water does not cause harm and does not necessitate its removal with soap or other cleansers, due to the hardship involved in doing so. It is advisable to be wary of obsessive doubts.
