Are clothes that have been washed of impurity considered pure, and is it permissible to wear them while they are still wet from the washing water, or must they dry first to be considered pure?

If an impurity on a garment is washed completely with pure water until the water separates from it as pure, then it becomes immediately ritually pure (tahir) and it is permissible to wear it while wet. There is no condition for it to dry or to be squeezed.
