Is it permissible to perform Friday prayer on marine platforms?

It is not permissible to establish the Friday prayer on a marine platform because it is not a homeland. One of the conditions for the validity of the Friday prayer is that it be established in a city, a village, or a place belonging to them. Whoever does not pray Friday, for any reason, must pray Dhuhr.
