Is Friday Prayer valid in a mosque where the five daily prayers are not held?

There is no objection to establishing the Friday prayer in a mosque where the five daily prayers are not performed, because if it is permissible to establish it in places of water [i.e., temporary settlements or stops near water sources], then it is even more appropriate to establish it in an abandoned mosque.
