How sound is the Hadith of Abu Ayyub in Sunan Ibn Majah: "And gather despair from what is in people's hands"?

The hadith has been narrated through several channels, authenticated by Al-Albani and deemed hasan (good) by Al-Arna'ut due to the multiplicity of its chains of transmission. Al-Hakim narrated it and authenticated it with the wording: "You must despair of what is in the hands of people, and beware of greed, for it is present poverty. Perform your prayer as if you are bidding farewell, and beware of what you have to apologize for." Al-Busiri mentioned other narrations of the hadith, and it has a corroborating narration from the hadith of Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas. Al-Arna'ut pointed out that Al-Hakim and Al-Dhahabi erred in authenticating it due to the presence of Muhammad ibn Abi Humayd in its chain of transmission, but he deemed it hasan due to its numerous routes.
