It is not permissible to combine two prayers except due to illness, travel, or rain. The conditions for combining and shortening prayers during travel are that the travel must be permissible, its distance must be four burud (83 km), and the traveler must have left the urban area of their town. Therefore, it is not permissible for the questioner to combine and shorten prayers due to the absence of these conditions.
