What is the ruling on a wife abandoning her husband and refraining from granting him his legitimate marital rights, because she knows of his deviant inclinations and his desire to have anal intercourse with her, and because she discovered his conversations in which he admits to committing indecency with men, and he has acknowledged that, knowing that she cannot seek divorce due to the presence of children?

The man must repent to Allah for the homosexual inclinations he harbored, for watching pornographic films, and for abandoning his wife. He must not procrastinate in his repentance. The wife must not deny her husband his right to intimacy, unless he wishes to approach her anally, in which case she is not permitted to obey him. She must advise him, and if he repents, then all is well and good. If he does not repent, it is recommended for her to separate from him, unless she deems it beneficial to be patient with him for the sake of her children, in which case there is no sin upon her, and she should continue to advise him and supplicate for his guidance.
