What should children and a wife do with their father/husband who harms those around him with insults and curses, accuses his wife of adultery, invokes curses upon his children, loves money and sex, lies and swears falsely, breaks covenants, and whose neighbors fear the obscenity of his tongue?

You have mentioned a number of reprehensible acts committed by your father, the most serious of which is his accusation of his wife with adultery, which is a major sin. His wife and children should be patient with him, supplicate for his guidance, offer him advice with wisdom and good admonition, remind him of Allah, and seek help from those whose words he accepts, while being careful not to fall into disobedience to parents.
