What is the reality of "Moinuddin Chishti," of whom it is narrated that he performed miracles, became the head of India, contributed to the conversion of Hindus to Islam, and spoke directly to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, in order to clarify the matter for those who invoke him instead of God at his grave?

Sufis fabricate lies and distorted stories to promote extremism regarding their shaykhs. Extraordinary phenomena may occur at the hands of extremist Sufis, but these are not karamat (miracles/divine graces); rather, they are of the same nature as what happens at the hands of charlatans, imposters, and sorcerers. They are the work of Satan to mislead people. The person claiming such a state must be tested against the Qur'an and Sunnah. Among the falsehoods invented by extremists concerning Mu’in ad-Din Chishti is their claim that he went to the grave of the Prophet (peace be upon him) and spoke to him. This is impossible because the Prophet (peace be upon him) has died, and whoever claims to have seen him or spoken to him after his death is a liar. Furthermore, it is obligatory to forbid people from going to graves and asking their occupants for anything besides Allah, because that is a type of major shirk (polytheism).
