Does anything result for a girl who masturbated and then repented, and is her punishment like that of an adulteress, meaning one hundred lashes?

Masturbation is forbidden, but it is not like zina (unlawful sexual intercourse) which necessitates a specific legal punishment (hadd). Rather, it is among the forbidden acts that do not incur a specific legal punishment in Islamic law, and its punishment is left to Allah. The one who commits it must abandon it, seek forgiveness from his Lord, and regret his action. He must also know that it has many harms for one's religion, mind, and body. If a person repents with sincere repentance, Allah accepts his repentance and forgives his sin. For Allah accepts repentance from His servants and pardons evil deeds, and He forgives all sins for those who repent, and "The one who repents from sin is like one who has no sin."
