Is it permissible to lie to the state and falsify one's specialization in order to obtain a monthly salary allocated for graduates, knowing that I am poor and support my family?

You must abide by the conditions set by the state to receive the salary, and it is not permissible to deceive or lie, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever cheats is not of me," and he, peace and blessings be upon him, also said: "Indeed, there are men who delve into Allah's property without right, and for them is the Fire on the Day of Resurrection."
