What is the meaning of a husband having a wet dream while his wife is present, and does this indicate his dissatisfaction with her or a lack of attraction to her? What is incumbent upon the wife to do in such cases, Islamically?

It is obligatory for the wife to strive to please her husband with affection, adornment, and by responding to his call to bed. If she does so, she has obeyed her Lord and preserved her husband's right, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "If a man calls his wife to his bed and she refuses, and he spends the night angry with her, the angels curse her until she wakes up." And he said: "The best of women is she who pleases him when he looks, obeys him when he commands, and does not go against his wishes regarding herself or his property in a way he dislikes." Adornment is a right of the husband. If the wife fulfills these rights, her husband's nocturnal emission does not harm her, for it has other medical causes.
