What is the interpretation of the Hadith: "Most of the inhabitants of Paradise are the innocent/foolish"?

The hadith "Most of the inhabitants of Paradise are the simple-minded (al-bulh)" is weak. It was narrated by Al-Bazzar from Anas, and it contains a degree of weakness. Al-Qurtubi and Ibn 'Adi described the hadith as Munkar (denounced). Some interpreted "al-bulh" as those whose hearts are passionately devoted to Allah, or the one who is knowledgeable in his religion, or the one who is blind to evil but insightful regarding good, or those who are oblivious to Allah's disobedience, or those who are overcome by purity of heart and good opinion of people, and are preoccupied with their afterlife. As for the utterly foolish person who lacks intellect, he is not the one intended by theith.
