It appears that the husband did not intend to initiate a divorce with what he said, and this is clear from his phrase, "meaning you are divorced." Therefore, no divorce takes place if he did not intend it. No divorce takes place either if the husband is truthful in that he intended to make the divorce contingent on the wife leaving the house in anger, and she did not leave. And whoever pronounces divorce explicitly and definitively, their divorce takes effect, whether they intended divorce by it or not. There is no consideration for their regret or anger, unless the anger completely deprived them of their sanity, in which case their divorce does not take effect.
