What should I do about my suspicions regarding my sisters' behavior and their dealings with the bad neighbor, especially given my observation of suspicious matters during my absence and my mother's weakness, and my phone ringing from friends whom I suspect the bad neighbor is instigating to distract me?

The affairs of Muslims should be interpreted favorably, and one should not harbor ill thoughts about them, for Allah Almighty says: "O you who have believed, avoid much [negative] assumption. Indeed, some assumption is sin." Therefore, it is not permissible to think ill of sisters or neighbors without clear evidence. If these are mere whispers [from Satan], they must be repelled, and the door must be closed to Satan, because whispers can lead to sadness. If whispers take hold, every action might be interpreted based on them, even if there is no relation. If suspicion arises, the matter must be resolved decisively. It is advisable to educate sisters and family members in religion and faith, for faith protects its owner from trials, as Allah Almighty says: "O you who have believed, protect yourselves and your families from a Fire."
