Is announcing lost keys in the mosque, when their owner is unknown, considered a form of "declaring lost property"? And what is the ruling on that?

Announcing lost items (defining the "Luqata" or found object) is not permissible inside the mosque in a loud voice. However, there is no harm in announcing them at the mosque's entrance or within the study circles inside the mosque in a low voice.
